EQUALIZATION IS A MATTER OF PRACTICE! Don't give up if it doesn't work right away. DRY PRACTICE- presented by my photogenic brother- is the key to success. As we go head down in freediving equalization can be difficult for some people. Best is to then practice equalisation first in an upright position, sitting on a chair, until you feel fine with that. Then, with every set of equalisation ( 20 times in a row) you incline your whole body/head more and more to a horizontal and then finally - to a vertical position. Important: don't continue inclining your body/head if the equalisation didn't work. Step by step!

If u manage it dry your actual Freediving training in the water will be way more relaxed!..
