This week we had the privilege of meeting Mr. Loucas Gourtsoyannis and his solar-powered sailing boat here in northern Mykonos. ๐ŸŒŠโ˜€๏ธ
Mr Loucas visited Mykonos for ๐—ฆ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—น ๐—š๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ to help inform and educate about the protection of the endangered ๐— ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ป ๐— ๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ธ ๐—ฆ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—น. With his crew member and marine biologist Suzanne they are traveling the Greek islands to spread the news of the slow return of the Mediterranean monk seal from the brink of extinction, and how we can help this wonderful animal live peacefully in the busy Greek seas.
