The studio Atman Kriya pilates yoga & yoga kids was established in 2010 by Orsalia Fousteris. The studio is a warm and friendly place that makes you feel welcomed from the very first time! The visitors of the studio for pilates, yoga and yoga kids in Mykonos have the option to chose between one session, a sessions’ package or even 1 private session with Orsalia, pilates & yoga trainer and founder of the atman kriya yoga and pilates studio in Mykonos. A few words from Orsalia Fousteris
"I started sports at the age of 7, with a great love for the basketball until I was 19 years old. Since then, I dealt exclusively with swimming, until 2004 when my first teacher – instructor of yoga and pilates came to Greece. And so I discovered my favorite type of sports for which I tried hard, by making it a lifestyle through my dedication to the genre. Since then I have not stopped developing in the practice of pilates and yoga, both for adults and children! Always trying to offer the best, I always participate in training and seminars in Athens, Thessaloniki and London, supervised by trained teachers of pilates and yoga! Special thanks to my teacher Mrs. Ziakou Irene for her faith in me and her insistence (thankfully) to follow the training of pilates & hatha yoga. Namaste, Orsalia”
