Drop-in yoga classes in Molyvos in a new alternative cultural center Pantotechnion. Classes are based in the tradition of Hatha Yoga, but since I have many different kind of yoga teacher trainings, so I combine different styles of yoga in the classes. Generally the morning classes are more dynamic and evening classes more gentle and meditative. But it always depends who is there, the classes suit for everyone even if you don't have any previous experience.
