There’s something quietly powerful about expanding a team with the right energy.
We’re very happy to welcome Kalenia to our Wellness team.
With a background in Physical Education (UOA), a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in India, and her path in Reiki, Kalenia brings a grounded and thoughtful approach to practice. For her, yoga is not just movement, it is a return. A way to reconnect, to slow down, and to live with more presence and awareness.
Through breath and conscious movement, her sessions invite you to soften, to feel, and to come back to your body, creating space for ease both physically and mentally.
