Feeling super grateful to be back in a place I love so much — the island of Lesvos 🌿

And even more special to share it with amazing humans like Elsa .zaz . We met through a mutual friend (thanks 🙏) before organising my first retreat as I was looking for advices and from this first coffee, it has turned into a beautiful friendship and now our third year collaborating together ✨

This year we’re hosting not 1, BUT 2 retreats together! The May one is already fully booked (thank you 🥹) and we can’t wait for the September edition (check out our websites for infos and registrations). With Elsa’s Greek roots and my love for the Hellenic culture, it’s gonna be more than yoga and meditation — but a full experience of Greek life, food, and traditions 🇬🇷

Three friends, one island, and a shared love for Yoga & Thai Massage 🌿💛

This retreat is born out of friendship and family spirit. Katia & Thodoris, life partners and co-founders of Eutopia Center in Mytilini, join forces with their dear friend Léo, founder of Gati Yoga, to create a week of connection, movement, and deep rest on the magical island of Lesvos.

Together, they bring years of experience in yoga, meditation and Thai Massage — but above all, they bring the joy of practicing together, as friends and as a community. Their approach is warm, down-to-earth, and rooted in the belief that well-being grows when it’s shared !

•Daily yoga practices, from dynamic flows to restorative stillness.

•Thai Yoga Massage workshops + a personal 1-to-1 massage session for each participant.

•Qi Gong, breathwork & meditation.

•A hike through Lesvos’ timeless countryside & an afternoon at the natural hot springs.

•Home-cooked vegetarian meals with local flavors.

•Time to rest, play, and discover the island at your own pace.

Feet off the ground, hands rooting down… finding balance somewhere between flying and face-planting 😄
Eka Pada Bakasana reminding me (again!) that anchoring doesn’t come from the pose—it comes from the breath, the earth beneath, and the connections around us.
Here, in this place I chose, surrounded by people I love, I feel it: the calm within the change, the impermanence (Anicca 👋 for my fellow Vipassanians).
Grateful for every wobble, every exhale, every moment of stillness.

Gati is offering a Yoga & Hiking retreat from May 3 to 10, 2025. Join us to explore the stunning island of Lesvos while deepening your yoga practice and discovering hidden trails.

Led by Léo (Gati Yoga) and Elsa (Yogazaz), this retreat combines daily yoga sessions with guided hikes along ancient Byzantine and Ottoman paths. You’ll also enjoy homemade Greek vegetarian meals, visits to traditional thermal baths, and time to relax in a welcoming and inclusive space.

Open to all levels, this retreat offers the perfect balance of movement, nature, and mindfulness.
