📌 In our last training of Wednesday 📅 we had a very intensive 💪🏽 but enjoyable session, we ran in series of:

🔷400m.
🔷800m.
🔷1000m.
🔷and 400m.

When it comes to practicing sports it is very important to hydrate well💧. Whatever the sport 🚴🤾🤼🏂🏄🏊🚣🚶⛹️🏋️, be it winter ❄️ or summer 🔥✳️ Our body when it comes to sports spends a lot of energy 🔋, water and salts ✳️ But that is advisable during training to not stop hydrating ✳️ Advice from our trainer, water 💧 during training if it is a short duration training and if it is long-term advises some isotonic drink✳️ Also after finishing the workout drink some isotonic drink. That will help us recover part of the salts and part of the energy loss 🔋

Tomorrow the second training of TIME RUN CLUB is at 8:00 in the morning. The meeting point is in front of the door of Solidarity Tracks (Karavela 12).

TIME RUN CLUBIt is a club for everyone, a club where everyone will feel comfortable and can train with good company and with a custom training.

Time run club is a club created through the project Lefkada Time Bank, with the support of . the person in charge is one of our volunteers, Sohaib Jidar Telouani , professional runner and coach in his city, Sohaib will be the one who will take the club and who will take the trainings, there will also be other volunteers who will be helping, so that the trainings are fun and reach other level.
