Yesterday was a truly meaningful day for our Villabeat family. We had the privilege of spending the day with the incredible athina_avagianou, who guided us through a seminar that was far more than a workshop — it was a powerful reminder of why we do what we do, and why we do it as One Team.
We played, we laughed, we shared, and we opened up in ways that brought us even closer. Athina created a space where every voice mattered and every moment sparked growth. Her motto, “Stronger Together,” resonated with all of us and became a promise we carry forward.
We left more united, more inspired, and with a renewed sense of purpose. Stronger bonds within our team naturally translate into the thoughtful, seamless, and heartfelt service our guests feel — and keeping them consistently satisfied is always at the core of our mission.
