With 30+ years of experience in martial arts, Panos brings a lifetime of training, competition, and coaching to the Fight Factory mats.

• 3rd Degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt — 20+ years in BJJ
• 4th Degree Kenpo Karate Black Belt
• Judo Black Belt
• 15+ years of coaching experience
• World & National Titles in Adult & Master divisions
• Certified A-Class Sports Coach by the General Secretariat of Sports (Greece)

His background across multiple martial arts disciplines, combined with decades of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu experience and competitive success, gives him a broad and deep understanding of martial arts and athlete development.

Το Fight Factory BJJ Beginner Boot Camp είναι ένα πρόγραμμα 3 εβδομάδων, ειδικά σχεδιασμένο για ανθρώπους που θέλουν να γνωρίσουν το Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu από το μηδέν.

Σε 3 εβδομάδες θα μάθεις τις βασικές αρχές του BJJ, θα προπονηθείς σωστά και με ασφάλεια και θα μπεις σταδιακά στον κόσμο του Jiu-Jitsu.

Δεν χρειάζεται προηγούμενη εμπειρία.
Δεν χρειάζεται να είσαι αθλητής.
Δεν χρειάζεται να είσαι σε τέλεια φυσική κατάσταση.
