Hello November🎉🎉 i wish that you bring to all of us many many happy faces 😊😊 good times 🥰 and keep us with much energy ⚡to stay strong and healthy 💪🧘
It's time to work out our precious body by starting from the roots...by roots i mean our LEGS 🤸
1) 8 reps of frog
2) 8 reps of "straight down"
3) 8 reps of "abduction and adduction"
4) 8 reps of "circles down"
Around 3 to 4 sets would be perfect and if you can't do it all in once take about 10 sec break 👻👻
