More I work, more I teach , more I practice, more I share… more and more it’s so evident how we cannot pass this work if we don’t keep doing it for ourselves ; this work is an incredible tool to evolve, to keep finding aspect of ourselves that we cannot know until we meet them. To know the work is not the final goal … it’s the beginning and it’s a never ending process and it’s the tool to keep exploring, expanding, evolving, breath, live and love ❤️

This week was (as always) full of work and emotions with my charismatic teacher and my e-motion tribe🔮
Now more than ever do I understand why I follow this path! le parole della settimana: RESPECT & SPACE !🙏💜Respect the work, yourself, your teachers, the time needed for the body to adjust to new stimuli that create more space in the body and in the mind! Most of all respect the process and the Body.. After all “ the body knows “ as Gloria always says.😊 🔮Grazie Mia maestra, Gloria Gasperi , for trusting and believing in me and guiding me all these years to find my own space and my own voice!❤️💜🌀🙏
❤️A big thanks to and for these wonderful lessons that progressed me in so many ways.

🎂Today it’s an important day because I celebrate the birth of my beautiful daughter that came into my life 7 years ago! Myrto, you are my strength and the light of my life! Your smile make the world a better place! Love you to the moon and back 😘❤️❤️❤️🎂


🔮9of December is also the day that Joseph Pilates was born and created this unique system of exercises that gives us grace and longevity ! Thank you Joe for your genius system 🙏❤️
