Big news from Greece: The newly passed Highway Code (Law 5209/2025) brings clarity and freedom back to all of us chasing the wind by campervan.

✅ Campervans up to 7.5 m can now park without time limits in urban areas
✅ 24-hour rule applies to larger rigs and trailers
✅ Clear distinction between parking vs. wild camping
✅ Overnight parking and living inside your campervan is officially allowed again.
✅ Camping behaviors (using awnings, outdoor chairs, tables) are still illegal.

This long-awaited update is a game changer for the kitesurfing vanlife community. Whether you’re spot-hopping along the Ionian coast or chilling by your favorite taverna — you can breathe again.
