MODELLING 🤍

I was one of those girlies who used to watch America’s Next Top Model RELIGIOUSLY as a teenager. But I always used to believe that it would never be me. I was too muscular, too broad, too short and not pretty enough to be a “real” model but now looking at the work I’ve done f*** that 🤣

There should not be a specific height, weight or body shape requirement for modelling in any industry and I sit here writing this having been rejected from every agency I have applied to.

Modelling is something that I love to do and I’m so thankful to brands like and business owners like for showcasing their products on a diverse range of body types, because we don’t all look the same and if we did life would be so boring.

Day 1 vs Day 7 of my holiday…

On my holiday I took a complete break from tracking food, I moved my body how and when I wanted to and I spent most of my time lay down on the sunbed.

Have I gained some water wait? Yes.
Do I feel guilty about it? No.

Going on a holiday and taking a break from your normal routine is something you are more than entitled to do and taking a small break from your routine will make you so excited to get back to it!

I can’t wait to get back in the gym tomorrow 🥹
