Still feeling extremely overwhelmed, emotional and super proud of our team yesterday competing in the 💪🏽🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🤍

We were competing against top athletes in the game and gave it our absolute best exceeding our own limits and expectations. ✨ This was for all of us our first ever competion and I couldn’t be happier with how it went! 😁😁

I would like to say a special thank you to for bringing us all together and being an incredible team captain 🫡🙏🏽 and to Kelly my saviour angel who took the overhead presses and smashed them out the park (the exercise I was most concerned about) and also the 2x500m 🏃🏽‍♀️ you are a machine and I’m so honoured to be on your team 🤍 I owe you haha!

I would also like to take a moment and thank all my incredible clients, friends and family who came down to support us 🥹🥹 Your energy and encouragement pushed us through and I feel so incredibly grateful to have such an amazing community of people around me 🥰 You guys are the reason why Scotland has really became my home away from home! What an experience!! 😁 Being surrounded by these incredible athletes I’m leaving the competition feeling inspired and super motivated to work on my weaknesses and get fitter than ever for the next competition in October!
