Same s**t different day.

That little stop is now part of all my runs.

I started running again after years

Beginning of 2026 I decided to run a half marathon

Out of breath after every run, all my sessions became a humbling experience

But training wasn't preparation for the event.

Training was the event.
Race day is just the celebration.

They say "You don't rise to the occasion. You fall to the level of your preparation"

and if your preparation is honest, that level is enough.

So I Run like it mattered. And eventually it did.

These habits improve energy because they stabilize your blood sugar, reduce digestive stress, and support your natural circadian rhythm.

Starting the day hydrated boosts cellular function,

delaying the first meal helps regulate cortisol,

eating in an 80/20 balance prevents energy
crashes,

and finishing your last meal early gives your body time to digest before sleep — which means deeper rest and better recovery.

Most people start noticing more stable energy, less bloating, and better focus within 3–7 days, with even bigger improvements showing up over 2–3 weeks of consistency.
