Strinilas is the highest continuously inhabited village on Corfu and your gateway to the secrets hidden beyond the tarmac and well beaten tourist tracks. Long before 1347, when the first monastery was built, a hardy and independent people populated
these upper reaches of the mountain to escape pirates, greedy landlords and countless invaders. Neither has our love for the mountain that has given us a way of life we would love to share with you.
