🤿 Before your first dive with us, a few key preparations will ensure a safe, comfortable, and memorable experience
What You Should Know 📚🤓
1. Medical & Fitness Requirements
Scuba diving requires a reasonable level of physical health. You will be asked to complete a standard medical questionnaire. Certain conditions (e.g., respiratory or cardiac issues) may require physician approval. When in doubt, consult your doctor and inform us in advance.
2. No Prior Experience Necessary
Our PADI-qualified instructors provide full theoretical and practical training. You will learn equipment assembly, buoyancy control, hand signals, and emergency procedures in a confined water session before any open water dive.
3. Equalization & Breathing Principles
Understanding basic ear equalization (pinching your nose and gently blowing) and the rule to never hold your breath is fundamental. Your instructor will coach you through both during your pool orientation.
4. Dive Planning & Safety
All dives follow professional safety standards: maximum depth, bottom time, ascent rate, and a mandatory safety stop. You will always remain under direct instructor supervision.
