Working hard in the gym but lacking structure and direction. Here's Cameron's story...
"I had always went to the gym and pushed myself day in and out, little did I know I was overworking and not eating the correct foods.
I was always worried that “diets” would be boring and hard to maintain, thinking it was close to impossible to achieve the physique I wanted.
I was putting the work in but not eating the correct foods, I defo needed direction. The meal plan was actually unreal, foods were filling and class to eat.
When I look back at myself around 5 months ago, I wouldn’t of been confident enough to take my top off, but now my perspective has changed massively and I’m extremely confident thanks to your help.
I just feel more comfortable in my self in any situation, I put way to much weight on over lockdown and with thanks to your help I was able to shred down"

Getting Cameron his confidence back is truly what this gym life is all about.
I am really proud of how far this man has come, and I'm looking forward to seeing what he achieves the rest of this summer.
