Working hard in the gym but lacking structure and direction. Here's Cameron's story...

"I had always went to the gym and pushed myself day in and out, little did I know I was overworking and not eating the correct foods.

I was always worried that “diets” would be boring and hard to maintain, thinking it was close to impossible to achieve the physique I wanted.

I was putting the work in but not eating the correct foods, I defo needed direction. The meal plan was actually unreal, foods were filling and class to eat.

When I look back at myself around 5 months ago, I wouldn’t of been confident enough to take my top off, but now my perspective has changed massively and I’m extremely confident thanks to your help.

I just feel more comfortable in my self in any situation, I put way to much weight on over lockdown and with thanks to your help I was able to shred down"

Can I just add, Cameron is looking like an absolute model in this picture. I swear this isn't a professional shoot. 👏

Getting Cameron his confidence back is truly what this gym life is all about.

I am really proud of how far this man has come, and I'm looking forward to seeing what he achieves the rest of this summer.

How did Stevi do it?

Its simple...

Stevi, like most guys never trained with purpose, got drunk every weekend and never paid attention to what he ate.

Naturally he got a little out of shape.

But he made the decision that he wanted to change and physique, without wasting any time.

Mentally he was ready.

All he needed was the correct structure to follow, as well as some accountability to speed up progress.

Once he had the these in place, it only took a few months to drastically change his physique and lifestyle.

Now Stevi lives a healthy lifestyle that keeps him feeling and looking his best.

UNPOPULAR OPINION 🧐
Deadlifts suck as a muscle building exercise.
Why??
- Not many people can perform safely. - The muscles being worked are using a small range of motion.
- Risk to reward is terrible.
- Over all terrible for muscle hypertrophy or growth.
The two big benefits of deadlift is the over all muscles recruited in the lift and the shear load you can lift but again this does very little for muscle growth.
I know all my heavy lifters are going to come here and disagree and if you have a valid point let’s hear it.
