I offer Private Boxing Training sessions in Parks, Gyms, or in the comfort of your own home. Not every lesson is going to be the same.

Beginners are more than welcome to start training. My training sessions are suitable for male/female/kids at any level. I'll keep you motivated with the experience and passion I have for Boxing. I can help all my clients achieve their goals starting with a Healthy lifestyle, weight loss, Nutrition Programmes etc. My sessions include: Stretching, Warm ups, Pads work, Footwork, Boxing Technique and Tactics, Circuit Training, Strength and Body Conditioning.
