We are so pleased to share that our 3rd son, Theodoros Fotiou Kostić, was born on February 13th at our home in Athens. 🤗

His arrival to this world besides having an element of surprise, that apparently is not rare for the 3rd babies, was the most beautiful experience for both his dad and myself.

Our planned home birth almost didn’t happen because it took a long time for my body to go into active labor after my water broke.

And then in the last moments before switching to plan B - transfer to hospital - everything happened rapidly.

3 hours of active labor and he was there. 🥰

We are so grateful to our birthing team of two wonderful midwives, to my mom as the backstage / kitchen support and to Leo’s parents for picking up the kids from school and taking care of them while we were in the midst of the birthing action.

Most of all I am grateful to my husband who was not only just part of the birth, but the main pillar of support for me during the active labor, the one who literally held me in his hug through every surge and the one who made the whole process less painful, and even joyful by his active presence and support before, during and after the birth.

Because of his hug, touch, smell and voice I was able to release oxytocin, in my midwife’s words - the best drug against pain - so I was able to birth our baby with joy and sprinkles of pleasure that coexisted together with intense surges and super stretching sensations as baby’s tiny head was emerging through his first rite of passage in this world.

Happy New Year! Hope your start of 2026 is filled with love, joy and good vibes so far. ⭐️❤️

The news is, I am still busy with baking a cookie in my oven and this is mainly what kept me busy and away from social media for the past few months.

I want to thank everyone who noticed I was MIA and took time to find me and check on me. You know who you are!!! That touched me deeply and even healed some old adolescence wounds I kept buried deep inside. 😅

I will share more with time, but for now I want you to know that I am doing fine, being 34 weeks pregnant and looking forward to welcoming our new baby to this world soon. 🥰

My birthday yesterday was lovely.

Hubby got the flowers and gave it to the boys to present them to me. 💐

Next generation is getting some good lessons.

I got some nice reflections on my stories yesterday when I asked you are you more of a cactus 🌵 or an apricot 🍑 woman.

And someone said: I think I am both depending on a situation.

I get this!

Being a cactus 🌵 woman can be very useful in the world where we don’t feel safe and need to protect ourselves. It’s like outing on a mask. An armor.

But operating from this mode for most of the time is draining your feminine essence.

Because under that strong mask, there is no inner strength left. There is hiding and exhaustion.

She needs softness, rest, surrender and deep inner safety to feel whole.

This is where the apricot lady 🍑 comes in.

She is open, approachable, inviting.

Soft on the outside.

But super strong as her stone that grows a super nurturing seed, from the inside.

This is especially important in our relationships.

Yesterday I just started my own self-healing week at home.

And the first thing I did was the breast dearmouring practice.

My breasts carried so much tension before I started and I needed this practice so much.

It happened to be the first one in this self-healing week.

And now my breasts feel so relaxed. ☺️

This way I am also fine tuning the practices for the Unleashed retreat.

This practice is a part of the Release day at the Unleashed retreat and it is part of the overall body dearmouring practice.

Fun fact: for this practice we use lemons. 🍋
