Η λειτουργική προπόνηση ( training) έχει μπει τα τελευταία χρόνια σαν όρος ενεργά στις ζωές μας, ως ένα από τα σημαντικότερα μέσα προπόνησης για την επίτευξη μιας υγιούς κινητικής καθημερινότητας.

SPINE🙅🏻 MOVEMENTS
Hello everyone!

We humans move functionally in many ways and planes of , with the most part of our anatomy being our spine, which is the central “support structure” of our body.

The human spine has 4 movements:
👉🏻 FLEXION
👉🏻 EXTENSION
👉🏻 ROTATION
👉🏻 LATERAL FLEXION
(You will often see these movements counted as 3, since the lateral movement is still a flexion)
