Wrong and right way to perform chest press on a bench with dumbbells..
Wrong way (incorrect form): lying on a bench, holding dumbbells with their arms bent at a sharp angle (elbows too flared out) and wrists angled unnaturally. Their elbows are lower than the bench, leading to a position that can cause shoulder strain. Their feet are not flat on the floor, and their lower back is arched excessively. Right way (correct form): lying on a bench with a neutral grip on the dumbbells, elbows at a 45-degree angle (not flared out too much). The dumbbells are aligned with the chest, and their wrists are straight. Their feet are flat on the floor, and the lower back maintains a natural, slight curve.
