The gym is based on many workout traditions such as Pilates, Swedish gym, Yoga and Rhythmically movement to music.

This winter we will have the gym at the basement of the Gymnasium Monday and Thursday 10:30-12
We will start Monday 9/12.
If you know anybody interested please tell them. We are very few so far!!!
