ΕΚΤΑΚΤΗ ΑΝΑΚΟΙΝΩΣΗ
Η Ελληνική Ομοσπονδία Ράγκμπυ Λίγκ ανακοινώνει την ένταξη του αθλήματος Touch στις επίσημες δραστηριότητές της!
Ύστερα από πολύμηνη, συστηματική και μεθοδική προσπάθεια, η Διοίκηση της Ελληνικής Ομοσπονδίας Ράγκμπυ Λίγκ πέτυχε την ένταξη του Touch, ενός σύγχρονου και δυναμικά αναπτυσσόμενου αθλήματος, το οποίο αποτελεί υποψήφιο Ολυμπιακό άθλημα.
Η ανάπτυξη του Touch θα αποτελέσει βασικό πυλώνα τόσο για την περαιτέρω εξέλιξη του ίδιου του αθλήματος όσο και για την ενίσχυση του Ράγκμπυ Λίγκ στην Ελλάδα. Η εκμάθησή του θα έχει κεντρικό ρόλο στις ακαδημίες των συλλόγων, στα σχολικά πρωταθλήματα και στη δημιουργία νέων ομάδων, με ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στην περιφέρεια.
Η Ελληνική Ομοσπονδία Ράγκμπυ Λίγκ έχει ήδη ξεκινήσει τον σχεδιασμό της αγωνιστικής δραστηριότητας, με βασικούς στόχους:
- Συμμετοχή σε Ευρωπαϊκά Πρωταθλήματα και διεθνείς διοργανώσεις, όπως το Pacific Open.
- Διεκδίκηση πρόκρισης στο Παγκόσμιο Πρωτάθλημα.
- Υπό την έγκριση των αρμόδιων φορέων, διεκδίκηση συμμετοχής της Εθνικής Ομάδας στους Ολυμπιακούς Αγώνες.
Εν αναμονή της έκδοσης του σχετικού ΦΕΚ και της νομοθετικής ολοκλήρωσης, προγραμματίζονται επίσης:
- Πανελλήνια Πρωταθλήματα Αναπτυξιακών Ηλικιών U14, U16, U18.
- Πανελλήνια Πρωταθλήματα Ανδρών, Γυναικών και Μεικτών Ομάδων.
- Διοργάνωση Πρωταθλημάτων Beach Touch.
Η Οργανωτική Επιτροπή του αθλήματος Touch αποτελείται από τους:

4. Στιβ Τζωρτζάλη
5. Λευτέρη Λυμπερόπουλο
Οι Έλληνες αθλητές που ενδιαφέρονται να αγωνιστούν και να εκπροσωπήσουν την Εθνική Ομάδα στο Πανευρωπαϊκό Πρωτάθλημα, μπορούν να επικοινωνήσουν μέσω της επίσημης σελίδας του Touch.

URGENT ANNOUNCEMENT
The Greek Rugby League Federation officially announces the inclusion of Touch among its recognized sporting activities.
Following months of systematic, dedicated, and methodical effort, the Administration of the Greek Rugby League Federation has successfully integrated Touch—a modern and rapidly developing sport, which is also considered a potential Olympic sport.
The development of Touch will serve as a key pillar both for the sport’s own advancement and for strengthening Rugby League in Greece. Its instruction will play a central role in club academies, school competitions, and the establishment of new teams, with particular emphasis on regional development.
The Greek Rugby League Federation has already initiated the planning of its competitive framework, with the following key objectives:
• Participation in European Championships and international tournaments, such as the Pacific Open.
• Qualification for the World Cup.
• Subject to approval by the relevant authorities, pursuit of participation of the National Team in the Olympic Games.
Pending the issuance of the relevant Government Gazette (FEK) and completion of the legislative process, the following are also planned:
• National Youth Championships (U14, U16, U18).
• National Championships for Men, Women, and Mixed Teams.
• Organization of Beach Touch Championships.
