Complete rupture of the biceps brachii 12/2024.

Today I had my stitches removed! 😤
My arm will be immobilized for a total of 1.5 to 2 months.
Physiotherapy will follow, and after 7-8 months (July/August), the doctor said I can start strengthening exercises, always cautiously!

Many of you have shown interest in how I’m doing—thank you all! 🙏❤️💪
Many also wondered how it happened. Well, it’s not what you’d expect! I didn’t get injured during my workout! 😂😂😂
