It is a family; and all together, the administration, the technical staff, the athletes and the fans constitute the building blocks of history in the making of the most successful and powerful sports organisation in the country throughout the years. Talk about football in Greece, and you can only be talking about Olympiacos. And it could not be any different, since the club has won the 2024 UEFA Europa Conference League and the 2024 UEFA Youth League. For the first time in UEFA’s history, one Club wins two European titles during the same season! Furthermore, our club has won 48 league championships in total, while all the other clubs together have so far won 41! Our club’s captains have celebrated winning the Greek Cup 29 times, while the second most successful club has won it only 20 times. During the last 24 years, OLYMPIACOS has participated 21 times in the Champions League, the greatest football club competition in the world. According to statistics, OLYMPIACOS fans represent 40% of all Greek fans, whether they are in Greece or abroad; in other words wherever a Greek element is present. These accomplishments are no coincidence. The members of the red and white family work hard, in perfect harmony. The team has the best Greek athletes, while top international players and many talented athletes have played for OLYMPIACOS, contributing to its glorious history. The club’s facilities comply fully with UEFA standards. Karaiskakis stadium, with a total capacity of 33,449 seats, is the "hot" home ground of OLYMPIACOS, always packed, and also hosts both national and international football events. In addition, in the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, the most important football matches were hosted here. The training centre in Agios Ioannis Rentis offers everything that professional football players need in order to be able to fully concentrate on their job. Training sports grounds, a fully equipped gym, a recovery and treatment unit, a swimming pool, restaurants and high-quality guestrooms make up our state-of-the-art facilities. It is worth mentioning that our facilities are also available to the young players of the OLYMPIACOS Academy. The administration puts an emphasis on developing young players, offering them everything they need so they can concentrate on their performance and become the future stars of our club. This is also what our fans want. They represent the majority of Greek football fans and follow OLYMPIACOS everywhere, in Greece and abroad. The fans, the administration, the players and the technical staff would also like to welcome this year’s new team members.
