If you’re constantly putting your foot to the pedal, overtraining, over scheduling, always late, always rushing, only doing workouts that get you drippin’, it’s a recipe for anxiety. On the other end, if you’re constantly sitting back, loving cooling off, lingering on your phone or books for too long or spending too much time reflecting on things that happened in the past, it’s a recipe for depression. Yoga is your current breath, in your current body with your current mind and it’s a recipe for JOY.
