The Gambia national team players Mam Drammeh and Fatou Sonko will both represent the Senegalese topflight side AS Dakar Sacre Coeur in the upcoming Confederation of African Football (CAF) Women’s Champions League qualifiers in Liberia.

The Senegalese Capital-based team, DSC left the shores of Dakar this morning to Monrovia.

Meanwhile, AS Dakar Sacre Coeur of Senegal have been drawn alongside Mogbwemo Queens of Sierra Leone, AS Mande of Mali and the hosts Determine Girls of Liberia.

The qualifiers will follow a round-robin system, with the best team progressing to the 2023 CAF Women’s Champions League, scheduled to be held in Côte d’Ivoire between November 5 -19, 2023.

We defeated Koita today 2-0 in the week-16 fixtures of the Gambia Football Federation (GFF) women's league division one match played at the Brikama box bar Mini Stadium.

Awa K. Darboe opened the scores in the 70th minutes before Delphina Manga double the lead five minutes later.

Senegalese women's league side AS BAMBEY has signed our combative midfielder Abie Colley on a season loan deal.

Speaking after completing her transfer from the Gambia Women's league to the Senegalese Women's league.
