We write on behalf of the Tolon District Football Association (TDFA)
to the Royal Family, Tolon Traditional Council, and the People of the Tolon traditional area to sorrowfully express our deepest condolences on the passing of Naa Yaba Tolon Naa Major (RTD) Abubakari Sulemana,kpandaa naa.
It is with profound sorrow and heavy hearts that the Executive Council, management, clubs, and the entire football fraternity of the Tolon District Football Association received the news of the transition of our revered Paramount Chief, Naa Yaba Tolon Naa Abubakari.
Naa Yaba was not only a traditional leader of great wisdom, dignity, and integrity, but also a passionate champion for peace, youth empowerment, and development throughout the Tolon Traditional Area.
His unwavering support for sports, football in particular,served as a beacon of inspiration for our young athletes and sports administrators,referees across the district.
His paternal counsel, visionary leadership, and commitment to uniting our communities through football will be deeply missed. The entire sporting community in Tolon feels the weight of this massive loss.
On behalf of the Tolon District Football Association, we extend our heartfelt sympathies to the Royal Family, the Tolon Traditional Council, and the entire populace of the Tolon Traditional Area during this time of national grief.
We pray that the Almighty grants his soul eternal rest, and gives the family and the entire state the strength and resilience to bear this great loss.
May the legacy of Naa Yaba Tolon Naa Abubakari continue to guide and unite us all.
