As Chelsea didn’t want to break this rule, the deal with Atalanta was structured so the permanent contract only kicks in next season. In the meantime, Atalanta will send the player on loan to Crystal Palace so he can gain some Premier League experience first.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Chelsea have internally agreed on a replacement for Enzo Fernandez, and it’s not Camara.
Chelsea will sign Camara regardless of what happens to Enzo.
My guess is Alex Scott, but we wait to see.
