📢 IMPORTANT UPDATE TO ALL MKCG COMMUNITY REPRESENTATIVES

Dear Community Representatives,

As part of our efforts to make the 2026 Manya Krobo Community Games (MKCG) more accessible and financially friendly to all participating communities, the Organizing Committee has revised the T-shirt and player registration requirements.

👕 COMMUNITY T-SHIRTS

Instead of requiring each community to purchase 50 T-shirts before participating, each participating community will now be required to purchase only 5 official MKCG T-shirts for its designated representatives.

The official MKCG T-shirts will also be made available to the general public, and any community member, supporter, or fan who wishes to purchase one can do so voluntarily.

This means communities are not required to buy 50 T-shirts.

⚽ PLAYER REGISTRATION

Each community will register a maximum of 23 players, with each player paying a registration fee of GH₵20.

💰 COMMUNITY CONTRIBUTION

- 5 T-shirts × GH₵50 = GH₵250
- 23 Players × GH₵20 = GH₵460

TOTAL = GH₵710 per community

This new arrangement is intended to reduce the financial burden on communities while still ensuring that every participating community is properly represented and the MKCG brand is promoted throughout the tournament.

We encourage all Community Representatives to communicate this update to their respective communities and begin preparations accordingly.
