🔵⚫️⚪️ | THE ROYALS Kotoku Royals Football Club (also KRFC) is a professional Non-governmental football club which originates from Akim Oda in the Birim Central Municipal Assembly in the Eastern region of Ghana. It was established in 2003
out of the singular passionate desire and charitable hands of club President/ CEO to unite the people of his area through competitive football games which can also facilitate sustainable individual, communal and national development as well as secure the wellbeing of talented, but under resourced and deprived young footballers through a well-structured and sustainable skills development, technical grooming and management system. KRFC was officially registered to participate in professional football matches suctioned by the Ghana Football Association from 2005/06 league season and has been playing in competitive league games with astounding qualification results since then till date with poise. To unearth, nature, educate, sustain, and promote football opportunities to talented underserved young people by providing them with professional academy growth exposures and experiences and formal education platforms to enable team mates become innovative self-productive members for family and society. Our Mission Statement
• Promote a safe, fair and healthy academy football environment which encourages young players to patronize professional football training regardless of creed, race or socio-economic stratifications.
• Be part of approved professional leagues and competitions bringing individuals and communities together to foster sustainable developments. Build a proactive football Academy to develop grass root professional footballers and create opportunities team players to apply the skills in global professional leagues.
2. Introduce professional team building techniques, strategies, and infrastructures necessary to ensure KRFC Academy achieves set objectives.
4. To continue developing applicable professional Academy youth football initiatives capable of promoting opportunities to retaining young players to remain committed to the football trade especially during their teen years.
5. To improve on current team management and personnel performances systems by introducing volunteers and internships as integral support facilitators for existing team staffs.
6. To at all time promote and advocate for the highest ethical standards amongst all the team categories of KRFC on and off the playing filed.
7. Introduce Information Communication Technology tools such as social media to maximize team performance and support mobilization efforts.
8. To identify, develop and establish strong professional partnerships with major stakeholders. We want to also partner other sister-football clubs who have established professional large supporters’ unions in Ghana and globally on ‘learning and sharing’ basis to promote the interest of KRFC Academy.
