STOP Feeling Incline DB Press in Your Shoulders! 💪
Are you feeling your incline dumbbell press more in your shoulders than your upper chest? Here’s why! 👇
1️⃣ Your bench angle is too high. Most people set their incline bench at 45 degrees, which can increase shoulder involvement. Try lowering it to around 30 degrees to place more emphasis on your upper chest.
2️⃣ Adjust your positioning. Find a comfortable seat and back position that allows you to control the movement without putting unnecessary stress on your shoulders.
3️⃣ Control your dumbbells. Slightly adjust your dumbbell positioning and focus on a controlled range of motion to better target your upper chest.
Remember, proper technique matters more than lifting heavier weights.
