Ghana Triathlon Federation The Ghana Triathlon Federation was setup to grow the sport of Triathlon in Ghana. Join us and prove triathlon is for everyone!

A triathlon is not one but three sports on this order: swim, bike and run. There are many distances from the short sprint (750m swim, 20k bike and 5k run) to the gruelling Ironman (3.8k swim, 180k bike and 42.2k run). We are supported by the Ghana Athletics Association and have already made history by staging Ghana's first ever triathlon on March 15th 2015. Join us as an athlete, spectator, volunteer and/or enthusiast on this fun journey.
