YOU NEED TO STOP EATING NOW
The following food, although marketed as healthy or not dangerous, these foods are not good, and neither are they helpful for your weight and your health.
They are made with ingredients that do nothing for the body.
1. JUICE: Fruit juice contains nothing more than sugar water, and has more sugar than even soda. When there is nothing else for the body to absorb, the goes straight to the bloodstream, leading to sluggishness and irritability. Instead, it is healthy to consume real fruits which contain fiber, Vitamins and minerals.
2. RICE: White rice basically doesn’t contain any nutrients at all. In the course of processing, the grains are stripped away of all of the beneficial parts, this is what makes brown rice so much better.
3. FOOD: When you consume any fried food, you are simply ingesting a lot of unhealthy fats from the fried skins which increases your chances of suffering from high cholesterol and high blood pressure since the fat sticks to and clogs your arteries.
4. SALAD DRESSING: They contain unhealthy fats. Typically, the creamy dressings end up having more calories than the entire salad. Instead, start asking for Oil-based dressings.
