Exercise not only helps us to raise our metabolism and burn calories faster, but it also keeps us fit and healthy. For long term weight loss and health, exercise is key. The strategy to enjoy exercising is to vary the workouts and explore new ways all the time. Yesterday I spoke about water aerobics (especially if you have joint issues) and today it's boxing and the work out ball. Boxing is fun and combines both cardio and strength. Fun way to stay healthy!

I had been yoyo dieting for years! Tried anything and everything. Just kept putting on more weight. Tried exercises too but always got bored wth the slow pace and stopped.
