What a beautiful year of surrender looks like, and it’s only the beginning ✨.

Surrendering everything to God was by the far the best decision I could have made. It’s a DAILY choice (IYKYK).

He has restored what I thought was impossible.
He has given me His wisdom, strength, and love.
He has given me peace beyond my understanding.

Chose God because He already chose you 🤍.

It shows up in quiet storms of chaos and moments of surrender, patience, and trust🤍.

Most lessons didn’t come easy, but each one carried purpose ✨.

They sharpened my discernment and strengthened my faith🤍.

I’m leaving this season a little wiser and a whole lot softer✨.

If you’re in your quiet storm, trust that it’s unfolding exactly as it should 🤍.

Thriving into 30🤍

Thankful for everything God revealed to me this year about everything. His character is flawless, it’s perfect 🥹.

Growing a deep intimate relationship with Him has allowed me to increase my capacity to love all together.
The power of love is beautiful ✨.

Lessons that will carry me to the next phase of my life.
Soooooo many lessons that I thought were too difficult.
When I truly just let go and let God be God he showed how simple it’s supposed to be.

This year was definitely a testimony that only God could curate. Surrendering and letting God do his thing has been the best decision of my twenties I could have ever made 🙏🏽.

More to come but now, thank you God for always being my Fortress and Refuge ✨.

Everything in my fitness journey changed for me when I started being consistent.

When I shifted my FOCUS to just showing up and getting the work done.

Being able to show up was hard sometimes but in those moments discipline was ALL IN✨.

Going back to what I know, my foundation helped me be the most consistent.

Let’s be honest l, that’s when my results starting flowing and my body starting changing for the BETTER and stronger 💪🏽.

Learning to rest because it’s such an important part of WORK🔥.
