The Gym is one of the largest in Guernsey and is fitted with state of the art fitness equipment, resistance machines, free weights and cardiac machines. The new 'Core Zone' room can be used for Personal Training with Kettlebells, or to work your abdominal's/core/stretch. Facilities include:

Gym with 70 pieces of equipment, including over 45 pieces of cardiovascular equipment
Sauna, steam rooms and spa pool

⭐️ MEET CHARLENE! ⭐️

After many years working in care homes, she spent a decade living in Germany before returning to the island, where she took a job as a gym cleaner. Inspired by the gym instructors she observed daily, she pursued fitness training herself and discovered a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
She now teaches everything from Spinning, Aerobics, Teen Fitness, Bar Blast, Winter Fit, Strength & Core to Baby Bootcamp and you can sometimes find her dressed as Freddy Mercury or Agnetha from ABBA teaching her 'special' spinning classes! 😃 🕺🚴‍♀️💪

Did you know we're the only gym on the island that offers dedicated fitness sessions for young teens? 😃 Our Teen Fitness programme is designed specifically for 12–14-year-olds, with sessions held three times a week—each one fully supervised by a qualified instructor.
Once they turn 14, they’ll have the confidence and knowledge to use the gym independently, without supervision. 💪

Following your feedback, to help make the transition between classes much smoother, we have increased the gap between Body Pump and Body conditioning on Saturday mornings.
