Remote Solutions currently have a drop in office located within the parish of Castel where we are happy to have a chat and discuss your needs. The Remote Solutions approach to SME businesses is unique: we focus on working with our clients throughout the year rather than at the year end as we believe this to be vital to ensure our client's business succeeds. Remote Solutions work with individuals and businesses of various sizes and across various sectors however our goal always remains the same, to help our clients succeed efficiently and effectively. The Remote Solutions ("RS") team work closely with clients to support growth and development. All RS clients, who opted for a full service fixed fee package, are assigned a dedicated Client Manager to ensure regular support and advice can be provided. We are dedicated to ensuring we offer the most up to date technology to clients in a bid to drive their businesses forward. We are obsessed with cloud based solutions and continually review how such solutions could help clients increase business efficiency. We particularly love Xero Online Accounting as it provides clients with up to date information and reports on their business performance for a fraction of the price. Yellow Cloud Book-keeper

If you are looking for more assistance with the day to day number 'crunching' for your business, a remote solutions Yellow Cloud book-keeper may be able to help!

Our book-keeping service is charged by the hour, the fee is based on the software you use (prices can be found below).

This service is flexible as we understand you may not need the extra help every month but during busy periods for you business you may need more.

We can provide our book-keeping services either at your office (on-site) or remotely from one of the remote solution offices (off-site).

On-site book-keeping simply comes with an additional charge of £60+VAT per visit.

You can mix and match between the two options - we will just include the appropriate fee in your monthly invoice.
