📢 15 იანვარს კავკასიის უნივერსიტეტის ტრენინგ ცენტრმა და კომპანია GWP-მ წარმატებით დაასრულა მინი MBA კურსი! 🎓
კურსი განკუთვნილი იყო GWP-ის ხელმძღვანელი პოზიციის თანამშრომლებისთვის და 3 თვის განმავლობაში მიზნად ისახავდა მათი მენეჯერული კომპეტენციების გაძლიერებას, სტრატეგიული აზროვნების განვითარებასა და პრაქტიკული ბიზნეს უნარების დახვეწას.

📢 On January 15, Caucasus University Training Center and GWP successfully completed the Mini MBA program! 🎓
The program was designed for GWP employees in managerial positions and, over the course of three months, aimed to strengthen their management competencies, develop strategic thinking, and enhance practical business skills.
🎉 The completion of the program was marked by a formal ceremony, during which certificates were awarded to the participants by GWP’s General Director, Jose Miguel Santos, along with the program’s lead trainers. The ceremony once again highlighted the importance of professional development, the role of leadership, and the successful collaboration between academia and the business sector.
