Health matters to everyone, but for amateur athletes, it's our number one goal. Without good health, our athletic ambitions are absolutely meaningless.

To stay healthy and active, we need to know our bodies and listen to their signals. By recognizing risks and addressing problems early on, we stay in charge.

We were lucky to have runner and cardiologist share practical advice at .space. Hopefully, our runners now understand the importance of health check-ups. Let's be smart about our well-being!

Gamarjoba runners! 👋

On September 18, 2025, Tbilisi 🇬🇪 will join the global initiative “I Run for Those in Boots”.

Some of us have friends and relatives who go into battle in Ukraine 🇺🇦 against Russia's occupation every day, so that we and our loved ones can live in freedom. So we’ll start donation run to raise funds for robotic ground systems that help evacuate the wounded.

🤔 Why participate and donate?
• The robotic systems we’re funding go where people can’t — helping evacuate injured soldiers from the most dangerous areas and giving them a chance to survive.
• 100% of donations go directly to the cause. The effort is coordinated by Hurkit , a Kyiv-based NGO we know personally, working directly with frontline brigades.

🏃‍♂️ Distance: easy 8-10km
🗺 Route: City Run through Rustaveli Ave. to Bridge of Piece and back to the start point

Check out some amazing moments from the first trail running event of the season in Georgia — the Tbilisi Adventure Run by !

Over 40 runners from our club took part in the race! And for those who couldn’t run this time, they teamed up with the organizers to set up the TRC Aid Station, offering support to all the runners along the course.

Huge thanks to everyone who shared the trail with us, it was truly a beautiful day!
