Lost Ridge Ranch to T**heti National Park: Mountains, Horses & Wine (3-Day Tour)
Day 1: The Abano Pass & Omalo
The journey starts at Lost Ridge Ranch, departing by 4x4 Jeep for the Abano Pass (approx. 4-5 hours). The route ascends to 2,826 meters, crossing the main watershed ridge of the Caucasus to reach Upper Omalo. Upon arrival, travelers explore Omalo, a high-altitude mountain village that tells a story of blending traditional life with ancient folk music, and the mystical Keselo fortress overlooking the valley since medieval centuries.

Day 2: Oreti Lake Horse Riding
Distance: 15–20km (approx. 5–6 hours); Altitude: Reaches 2,850 meters
The horse riding tour begins in Omalo, scaling the alpine ascent with local T**hetian horses. The trail leads to Oreti Lake, providing panoramic views of the surrounding peaks. This medium-difficulty route is suitable for riders of all experience levels and highlights the historical bond between the T**h people and their horses.

Day 3: T**hetian Heritage
The morning begins with a 4x4 drive to visit the medieval slate-roofed villages of Dartlo and Girevi. After exploring green valleys, mountain river gorges, the stone towers, and ancient architecture, the descent back toward the Kakheti lowlands begins. Interesting stop at Babaneuri Winery, located at the foot of the mountains near the Babaneuri forest. This visit focuses on premium Qvevri wines produced in the traditional Georgian method. The circuit concludes with a final transfer back to Lost Ridge Ranch.
