How to correctly use Chest Press by NewTech 👇

This machine is great for isolating your chest muscles and allows you to work safely with solid weights.
3 quick steps to master your form:

1. Adjust the seat: Set the height so the handles align with the middle of your chest.

2. Starting position: Keep your shoulder blades and lower back pressed against the backrest, feet firm on the floor, and chest out.

3. The movement: Push through the handles as you exhale, keeping a slight bend in your elbows at full extension. Slowly return to the starting position on the inhale.
