Breaking down the ultimate machine: OnHim Standing Lateral Raise (NewTech) π£
1οΈβ£ The Setup: Adjust the height so the machineβs pivot point aligns perfectly with your shoulder joint. The pads should rest comfortably right on your forearms.
2οΈβ£ The Stance: Lean slightly forward, press your torso against the chest pad, and keep a soft bend in your elbows. No slouching!
3οΈβ£ The Motion: Drive your elbows out and up, donβt just swing your arms. Imagine trying to push the walls away on both sides.
4οΈβ£ Pro Tip: Donβt shrug your shoulders at the top (keep those traps out of it!). Hold a micro-pause for 1 second, then control the weight on the way down.
Do 3β4 sets of 12β15 reps at the end of your workout to get those round, 3D delts! π₯
