Race briefing emails have been sent to all entrants📧🏁
Please take the time to read and fully understand the guidance attached to the email to make the race day enjoyable for everyone🤩
🏁 Car parking and Race HQ/Registration will be at Tredomen Park, Ystrad Mynach, Hengoed, Caerphilly County Borough, CF82 7PG and will be signposted from the main roads leading in. Car park marshalls will be in place to direct from 08:00. Please car share if possible especially with other club members.
🏁 Registration to pick race numbers up will open from 08:30 – 09:45, please look for the signs and registration tent.
🏁 Race start is 10:00am prompt. Runners are encouraged to warm up away from the start/finish area. This is important due to the chip timing mat being activated before the start. Please be aware junior parkrun takes place on the opening 1 mile path section at 0900. It will be a mass start so please position yourselves accordingly. There will be a final briefing at 0955 for any last minute changes before the start.
🏁 No headphones other than bone conducting headphones will be permitted in the race
