Across 2 sessions a week each taking 45 minutes to complete, the program will slide in perfectly with your busy lives.

A quick and easy 2 day split program for those busy mums with little time for the gym but still want to make a change. Each session is designed to take 45-60 minutes to complete twice a week (or more if you fancy) and will make a great progress.
