Henry's Gym Mixed classes are from age 8 to adults both male and female mixed classes are held Monday to Friday 6.30pm to 7.30pm

“The club offers concessionary membership to those who can demonstrate that they are on low/modest income and cannot afford to pay more than £520.00 per annum. This concessionary membership will cost no more than £520 per annum and will allow those qualifying for this to fully participate in the sporting activities of the club”
