8 WEEK CHRISTMAS CHALLENGE
This is for all of my lovely clients and anyone new who wants to join my team!
This is a competition to get you all focused on still reaching your goals during the winter months. It will be broken down into 3 sections:
1. Gym Challenge – 12 exercises of Christmas. 12 exercises with a set weight and amount of reps to complete. You will complete this in week 1 and then again in week 8. The best IMPROVEMENT on time will win.
2. Transformation Challenge – Physical Transformation. Who can make the biggest changes to their appearance in 8 weeks? Weeks 1-8 photo comparison. Best transformation wins (NOT judged on weight)
3. Personal Goal – everyone chooses a personal gym goal at week 1. For example, ‘I want to be able to do 5 push ups’. Week 1 we test your push ups, and then again at week 8. The best Improvement wins.

There will be a winner for each section and then an overall winner. Prizes are your choice – either a supplement bundle or a selection of beauty treatments (manicure, pedicure, lashes)

Awesome progress for my client who is incredibly dedicated with her food and trains super hard. She will seriously not be broken on leg day!
