Whether your improving your technique and fitness before a fight or just want a new way to keep fit we have the right training for you.Our experienced boxing coaches and fitness instructors will guide you through your training sessions in our spacious gym. We have a full size ring, a fight cage plus a wide range of bags and pads. We have a stationary bike to cover your cardio needs and a good sele

ction of free weights. Don't have your own gloves? not a problem, we have a large selection for you to use during training. Our rates are extremely competitive, all money goes back into the club.

York masters bowing club is not for profit charity which operates in the York area presently based in layerthorpe, unfortumatley the days at the present location are numbered so we must find another venue or build one ourselfs! This crowd funding page has been set up to raise money towards building a new gym and allowing the club to keep on the good work it does in the local community providing fitness, well being and friendship to everyone whatever age, background ,abilty , gender or race . We are now starting a NEW CLASS‼️ called FIT AT 50

This class is aimed at anyone 50 years old and above. You will learn the basics of boxing aswel as work at improving your fitness with boxing padwork circuits and a verity of exercise drills
