What a better way to celebrate than an 8 mile hike with some of our ladies!

We take ourselves VERY seriously 🤥🤭

It's not all about the exercise!

A community of women supporting and uplifting eachother. One thing we tend to lose as we grow older is the ability to be silly, fool around, act like school girls and laugh deep belly laughs until we cry.

It's so nice to see we have created an environment where everyone can let loose and be comfortable to be themselves.

Real women real results!

We don't have a weight loss focused philosophy at Aimee's Place however when someone is now half (maybe more!) The person she used to be we can't not give her a shout out!

Kim has been with us 18 months, she has been dedicated, consistent and completely changed her life around, she has lost 45Kg and gained strength, her health and a whole bunch of friends along the way.

She's now working on maintaining her weight, setting lot's of fitness related goals and later in the year she will be taking park in the Marathon Relay with us!

I think if you had to ask about her biggest win it's that shes now addicted to buying gym outfits on Vinted 🤣

A festive family session today!

I love putting on these sessions, they are lots of fun and it's wonderful to see the kids having a great time whilst moving and exercising 🥰

Member Shoutouts!

I just want to take a moment and give some recognition for a few of our amazing ladies!

Kayleigh did an amazing job today supporting MND association joining on his amazing challenge across the Uk!

Annette and Mary got to the Everest Base Camp safe and sound and back down again! They have been putting in loads of effort at the gym to get fit and strong for this amazing challenge!

Theresa, Tilly and Kirsty ran the Christmas Pud 10km run as 3 very beautiful looking Santa's!

Well done everyone 👏

I can't wait to see and support everyone on next year's challenges!
