What if your movement practice wasn't about pushing harder, stretching deeper, or becoming someone else?

What if it was about coming home to yourself?

✨ The Practice at SoulTribe is a collection of movement, meditation, breathwork and embodied experiences designed to help you reconnect with your body, your energy and your inner wisdom.

Some sessions help you awaken.
Some help you release.
Some help you ground.
Some help you surrender.

But all of them offer space to pause, breathe, move and remember who you are beneath the noise.

No experience needed.
No flexibility required.
No pressure to perform.

Just real people, moving, breathing and feeling together.

For years, yoga classes have been named after styles.

Vinyasa.

Hatha.

Yin.

But most of us don’t wake up wondering which style of yoga we need.

We wake up thinking things like:

“I need a fresh start.”

“I want my spark back.”

“I just want to rest.”

“I’m tired of carrying it all.”

That’s the thinking behind The Practice.

A new movement experience for body, mind and spirit, weaving together yoga, somatic movement, breathwork, meditation and nervous system support.

Because movement isn’t really about touching your toes.

It’s about meeting yourself where you are.

Our new timetable launches next week, with practices including Awaken, Ground, Release, Surrender, Ignite, Dream, Exhale, Rise and Receive.

And if you’ve been curious about SoulTribe, this is a beautiful time to begin.

You can currently enjoy 2 weeks of unlimited classes for £25, giving you the chance to explore different Practices and discover what your body needs most. Head to the SoulTribe website to grab your intro offer.

We also offer both in-studio and online memberships, so whether you love practising in community or from the comfort of your own home, there’s a space for you here.

So...

Which Practice do you need today? 💛

22/06/2026

This morning I pulled two oracle cards (from the Starseed deck by if you were wondering ✨)

They were “You’re not for everyone” and “Birthing Creations” which honestly made me laugh.

Because if there’s one lesson I’ve been learning recently, it’s that trying to be for everyone is a very effective way to dilute your magic.

The more we twist ourselves into knots trying to keep everyone happy, the further we move from the thing that makes us unique in the first place.

This can be a hard lesson, particularly when you care deeply about people and when your work is built around community.

But somewhere amongst all the questioning, simplifying, shedding and reimagining, something new has been born.

Or perhaps something that was always there has finally found its name.

✨ The Practice ✨

A blend of music-driven somatic movement, breath, shaking, sound and stillness designed to help you release stress, reconnect with yourself, and feel more alive in your body.

You can experience The Practice both in person and online.

This weirdo has finally allowed herself to claim this proudly: my creation, my offering to you.

And I’d love for you to join me. Mirrored hats always welcome.

If you love yoga but enjoy going deeper than asana and really diving into the ancient magic of Mudra, mantra and embodied somatic movement, then this one’s for you.

I’ll send you a 30 minute practice - Rhythms of the Divine - made up of:
🌞 10 minutes Mudra and mantra
🌞 10 minutes guided journaling for the mid point of the year
🌞 10 minutes somatic, embodied movement

Let’s take this sacred pause together to honour what the first half of the year has brought us, release anything we don’t wish to carry into the second half of the year, and open to the wisdom within guiding us forward.

Salutations to the sun, bringer of light 💛

It’s the one you’ve been waiting for!

Thousands of women responded when I opened up a conversation about Mean Girl culture in the wellness world.

Not because we’re interested in gossip, but because so many of us have experienced friendship wounds, exclusion, ghosting, cliques, being talked about, and being left out in an industry that preaches ‘love and light.’

So today on Truth Talks, I’m joined by Lara Lyn of Holy Wild Wellness for a conversation that goes deeper.

We explore why these experiences hurt so much, what they can teach us, how they affect our sense of belonging and self-worth, and how we begin to heal without becoming bitter, guarded, or hard ourselves.

It’s a conversation about the sister wound, friendship, healing, and learning to trust again.

🎙️ Mean Girls, Sister Wounds & Learning to Trust Again is available now on Spotify and Apple Podcasts.

I’d love to know what resonates with you.

Yesterday I did something radical:
I rested.
Not because the bills were paid, the studio was full, the emails were answered, or I suddenly had nothing left on my to-do list.
I rested because I was tired.

Honestly, I find that incredibly difficult.
When you’re self-employed, there’s always something you could be doing.
Another email. Another social media post. Another workshop. Another idea. Another attempt to turn things around.

Sometimes I realise I’ve convinced myself that if I’m not actively doing something that might pay the next bill, then I’m somehow being irresponsible.

But recently, a very wise woman reminded me that when you’re feeling resentful, overwhelmed, anxious, angry or blocked, the answer isn’t always to push harder.
Sometimes the answer is to come back to nurturing yourself and fill your cup with things that feel good. Things you genuinely enjoy.

And that can feel wildly uncomfortable.
Because rest asks us to trust.
To trust that our worth isn’t measured by our productivity.
To trust that we can afford to rest and do things simply for pleasure, not for some hoped-for goal.
I’m beginning to realise that actually, I can’t afford not to.

For a long time now, I’ve made a lot of decisions from fear, panic and urgency.
I can say with honesty, and a large dose of self-compassion, that these are not ideal emotional states from which to make decisions.
But it’s also so very hard to trust that things will be okay if you allow yourself to stop.

Yesterday felt like a good start.
I napped.
I took a bath.
I listened to a podcast.
I read something that wasn’t about yoga, spirituality, business, marketing or self-development.
I read something that was JUST FOR PLEASURE.
And today I might do the same again. 😜

Perhaps unsurprisingly, it’s in this softer state that ideas have started to flow.
I’m starting to hear my own wisdom again.

We’re approaching the longest day of the year.

A turning point; a pause; a moment to look back at the road behind us and the path still waiting ahead.

The solstice has always felt special to me because it invites us to do something that many of us rarely allow ourselves to do:

Stop.

Notice.

Reflect.

We’re halfway through the year.

Half behind us.

Half still to come.

What are you proud of?

What are you ready to release?

What would you like to call in for the months ahead?

This year, I’ll be marking the solstice with two special practices:

✨ AWAKEN
Saturday 20th June | 9.30am

A soulful morning practice to honour the light, celebrate how far you’ve come, and reconnect with your energy, purpose and direction.

✨ RECEIVE
Sunday 21st June | 5pm

A slower, more reflective practice to help you soften, listen, release and receive the wisdom of the season.

Join me in person at SoulTribe or online via Zoom. Replays will be available if you can’t make the live sessions.

£15 each or attend both for £25 - use the code SOULSTICE for £5 off one of the two classes.

I’d love to share this turning point of the year with you.

This morning I arrived at yoga feeling stressed.

We’d forgotten it was cycle training at school. The morning had gone sideways. I was mentally rearranging my day, trying to work out logistics, and if I’m honest, feeling a big helping of mum guilt for forgetting.

The yoga helped - but so did something else.

Nobody pretended.

Some people were tired; some were emotional; I was stressed.

And because nobody was performing perfection, nobody else had to either.

We got to be human together.

I’ve been thinking about this a lot recently, partly because of a conversation I had earlier this year where it was suggested that, as a facilitator, I had shared too much of myself.

Now, I absolutely believe there is a balance to strike.

When we teach, coach or hold space, our role is not to overwhelm the room with our own story. People aren’t paying to process our feelings, and the focus should never become us.

But I think there’s a difference between making something about yourself and allowing yourself to be human.

In fact, I sometimes wonder if we’ve become so concerned with appearing calm, centred and “regulated” that we’ve forgotten something important:

People don’t heal in the presence of perfection - they heal in the presence of authenticity.

Not because they need to hear every detail of our lives, but because when someone is willing to take off the mask, even a little, it gives others permission to do the same.

Healing doesn’t happen because one person has all the answers. That leads to guru culture - and we’ve seen what happens there.

In my opinion it begins when we remember we’re all having a very ordinary, very messy, very human experience together.

That’s where the magic lives.
